RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS OF EKAFELA

 

Welcome to Ekafela.com. These returns refunds and replacements govern your use of the website and services provided by Ekafela.

Modeled after the Consumer Rights Protection Act and Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021.

 

1.1. Return Window:

  • Standard Products (Dry ingredients, Tools, Molds): You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Frozen/Perishable Items: You must inspect these ON THE SPOT in front of the delivery personnel. If the item is melted, spoiled, or damaged, you must return it immediately to the delivery man. Returns for frozen items are not accepted once the delivery man leaves your premises.

 

1.2. Valid Reasons for Return:

  • Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken).
  • Delivered Product is incorrect (wrong presentation/specification).
  • Delivered Product is incomplete (missing parts).

 

1.3. Refund Timeline:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • Digital Payment: Refund will be processed within 10 days (as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines).
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds for COD orders are typically processed via Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad) or Bank Transfer.

 

1.4. Return and Refund Conditions:

  • If you want to return or refund based on sections-7 all rules then you must make a video of the products starting from unboxing.
