GIOIA (Joya) Unsalted Butter

Gioia (Joya) we usually called Joya Butter,

which is margarine, is a non-dairy product. It is considered to be a substitute for normal dairy butter.

It gives 40% more volume than butter for butter creams after baking and cooking best for soft bread, whipped cookies, cakes and for cooking.

This butter will be very good especially for those who are on a diet. This is heart-friendly because it has low cholesterol.

This product is called Margarine, which is not a direct dairy product, instead made from vegetable oil and some processed, some interesting information about Margarine.

• Margarine is made from oil, water, salt, and a few additional ingredients such as emulsifiers. It’s flavored to taste like butter.
• Usually contains no dairy products at all.
• Butter made from dairy has high levels of cholesterol and saturated fats that aren’t present in margarine.
• Margarine, on the other hand, has more polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats which are good kinds.
